Considering the good quality of Cochrane reviews, we did not analyze the original clinical studies included in the SRs, but focused on summarizing intervention data from SRs using the existing meta-analysis with GRADE, while also analyzing potential mechanisms underlying different interventions within each review (details provided in Supplementary file Table 4)
